Purchased one for myself earlier this year, one as a Christmas present as well. It serves its purpose and works great. Seems to hold up to brush and blackberries as I have yet to tear a hole in mine. My only issue is the drawstring kind of hangs off the pack when in use. The simple fix is tying it off or tucking it under the cover. Its hard to find anything seriously wrong with Kifaru products.

Nice cover. Barely fits on a 44 mag if the 44 mag is stuffed to the gills, but fits perfect with it reasonaby full. If you’re gonna add pockets to the 44, I’d get the next size up.
