Lost Park Parka

Kifaru engineered the Lost Park Parka to be incredibly durable and water-repellent while remaining extremely lightweight. It’s breathable, lightweight, and durable water-resistant fabric is made for the most extreme conditions and use. Kifaru uses Climashield APEX insulation, which is treated with a DWR (durable water repellent) finish that keeps it from absorbing water if it’s exposed to moisture. In an innovative construction process, the insulation is sewn into a tough inner lining to create one consistent layer of warmth that leaves no cold spots that could otherwise be caused by insulation clumping. An integrated Cordura pass-through designed front pocket allows for connection of the waist belt while still having the ability to utilize the pocket. Protection of your forearms and elbows are insured with double paneled Cordura on the sleeves.

Very nice. I got to wear it last weekend at MT Rogers, VA. Extremely warm. I’m 6’2″ 220 and the xl fits nice. I would definitely recommend this jacket.

I bought this for the current season and have spent 7 days in and out of it since then. Our first night hunting in the alpine this year we woke up to snow. I get cold easy and that morning I was a comfy as could be. I’d buy one for my wife if they came in small enough sizes. This jacket is perfect.

I’m female, 5’3″ and 155lb. I bought a small and it’s still fairly roomy but cosy nonetheless. It’s a little longer at the back so covers my rear. It also cinches in. Nice & warm for my northern BC, cool & wet moose hunt. Reinforced material on arms & front is great. Nice big hood. Drawbacks: don’t assume because you buy a camo outdoor item, it will be quiet material as this isn’t. Have had to wear a medium waterproof quiet camo shell over top to keep the volume down. A smaller pocket inside the big kangaroo pocket would be very useful. The zip is a bit cheapo & would benefit from a zip pull. But despite the above, I still love it & i’m sure you will too. Look forward to further robustness testing for non-hunting winter activities when I don’t need to worry about the noisy fabric.

Took this jacket on my fall moose hunt and it worked flawlessly. Sitting and glassing for hours in the wind and occasional light rain I never felt any wind or moisture coming through. Only thing I wish it had was some small zippered chest pockets.
