Extremely Versatile and comfortable . Used the mini keg for several different uses so far. It has filled an in between niche for me. I use it for day hikes, scouting trips with optics, and over night/weekend travel. Its a great size not to big and not to small, easy to carry around. Can be used with or without belt. I have used it for gear and food with as much as 35 to 40lbs so far. And its really comfortable. could it do more, yes for a short term IMO. Im 6ft 2. and set the adjustable load lifter on the tallest loop. So for me it stabilizes more than a actual lift, but the pack rides really nice on the hips still. But I could definitely see boning out a deer and putting it inside if I killed one on a day trip. Tripod and sticks fit nice on the sides, center zip on bag is great cuz you can see everything or grab anything really fast and easy. Any more than that and Id just use the duplex frame and bag. All in all for 10 to 30# for weekend warrior stuff ,this bag fills the spot between a door gunner and frame pack with better weight carrying than a SC or day pack. I pair mine with a clay more for more use and organization. goes on and off easy . And shape charge works great too. this will go with me on every trip as a main bag or just a extra bag. Great job Kifaru.
