Developed with South Cox, the stalking ninja, the Bane is our answer to those who asked for a lid that can be used as a final approach pack as well. If you’ve ever been pinned down in the middle of a stalk, you know that having water, rain gear, survival gear and food can be a lifesaver. You can easily fit all of these items in the Bane, and, if more room is needed, the matrix on the front panel allows you to attach a belt pouch with ease.
If you’re looking for a light weight daypack that can be used in multiple situations, without compromising durability, the Bane is for you.

I was looking for a solution for a tree stand pack that could carry my stand and if needed, a deer out. Even in the east coast samps with our thick underbrush and deadfall, it is often easier to pack out a deer than to drag it. I attach my Bane to a duplex lite frame and then sandwich my tree stand between the frame and the bane. Once I get to the tree, I just detach it from the frame and take it up the tree with me. Works great as a small tree stand back. The grab it pouch acts as a perfect bucket to just drop stuff in. Highly recommend.

Bought to add to my LWCG .75 as a later into whitetail season later pack. The amount of added straps justifies this pack alone. All other packs of this variety require additional add on straps. Love this pack and it will serve my need perfectly.

I'll be using the Bane as a day pack on a guided horseback elk hunt. Big enough to hold the essentials I'll need daily. With the included guide lid strap kit, there is a lot of versatility. I'm using the extra parts to provide a way to strap layers to the pack as I shed them throughout the day.
