Fanny

I was apprehensive about the size-price ratio. But when I got it, it became my everyday “non-firearm” carry pack. Super minimal but I love the small details and micro-organization. I’ve been dying for a hip pack that has some stretch in the waist strap; scuba webbing is so annoying to adjust all the time. My go-to for everyday runs while I’m in gym shorts or going for a quick walk with the family. I wish I could afford multiple haha great buy for sure.

I took a chance on this product, being a self professed pack connoisseur, and don't regret it. Though, honestly, who thinks buying a Kifaru product is really 'taking a chance'? It's not. This is stand out quality, and superb comfort. The dimensions are a bit tall for me, as it gets pinched between my thigh and abdomen, but I can just slide it to the side, and it's not an issue. The biggest draw is the comfort. By far, the most comfortable fanny pack I've had. The elastic, wide waist band is a brilliant idea, and the backing on the pack is also good. The interior design is basic, and if you are carrying concealed, the large pocket webbing loops are a bit superfluous, as anything between the firearm and your waist cause uncomfortable pressure points. But aside from that, they could be used for stuff, I suppose.

I'd personally would have appreciated a loop interior panel, for some small organizational hook backed things, or magazine carriers, but not a huge stumbling block.

Pros - comfort, fits a compact perfectly, and holds securely. Zippers are top notch, easy and quick access. Great moss green color, subtle without being overly 'tactical', fits in with current urban fanny pack/sling pack trends.

Cons - A bit tall for anything but standing. Concerned a little bit about life of the elastic, but if I can get several years out of it, then it will be worth it.
