Shipping Information
We aim to provide a seamless and transparent shipping experience for our customers. Please review our policies below to ensure you are aware of our shipping procedures and terms.
Processing and Shipping Times
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped the following business day. Please note, we do not process or ship orders over the weekends or on national holidays. Orders placed after 3 AM on Fridays will be processed the next business day.
- Shipping Carriers: We use UPS and USPS for all domestic shipments. For international orders, we exclusively use USPS. If shipping to a PO Box, please ensure to select USPS at checkout.
- Expedited Shipping: At this time, we do not offer overnight or expedited shipping services. If you require your order by a specific date, we recommend placing your order well in advance to account for processing and shipping times.
- Shipping Lead Times: All lead times are calculated in business days and do not include weekends or holidays. Delivery times may vary based on your location, especially for international orders. For U.S. domestic shipments:
- Ground/Economy Shipping: Fulfilled within 1-2 business days and typically delivered within 3-7 business days.
- Priority Shipping (via USPS): Once USPS picks up the package, they handle it as priority, but this does not expedite our internal processing.
- Peak Seasons: During high-demand periods such as holiday seasons, please allow extra time for order fulfillment and shipping. We recommend placing your order early to ensure timely delivery
Free Shipping Promotions
- Free Shipping Policy: Free shipping promotions apply only to orders shipping within the lower 48 U.S. states. This offer is not available for international orders, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
- Promo Code Application: To take advantage of free shipping promotions, please ensure you apply the relevant promo code during checkout. We are not responsible for reimbursing shipping costs if the code is not applied correctly.
International Shipping
- Carriers and Lead Times: We exclusively use USPS for international shipments. Depending on your location, international deliveries may take between 10-30 business days.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be. Be sure to check your local customs office for more information
Important Shipping Details
- Order Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order. we are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer input errors.
- Handling Errors: Should you need to update your shipping address or make any changes to your order after it has been placed, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but once an order has been processed by shipping, no further alterations can be made.
Shipping Claims and Issues
- Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages: In the event that your package is lost, delayed, or damaged during shipping, please contact the respective carrier to file a claim. Below are links to the claim submission forms:

- Handling Time vs. Carrier Time: Please note that our responsibility is limited to the time it takes to prepare and dispatch your order. Once a carrier picks up your package, delivery time is out of our hands. For example, USPS Priority shipping is not expedited on our end but refers to how USPS will handle your package after pickup.
Shipping Restrictions
- No Weekend Shipping: We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed late on Fridays or during the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
- PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: Please choose USPS for shipments going to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. UPS does not deliver to these locations
