This highly coveted tag is one of the hardest to draw in the States. Our friends at GoHunt estimate the average mature bull range to be 350" to 370", with trophy potential exceeding 380".

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. SPONSOR 

The sponsor of this sweepstakes is Kifaru International, LLC ("Sponsor"), operating at www.Kifaru.net. | 511 E Sunset Dr, Riverton, WY 82501

2. ELIGIBILITY 

This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of (47) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in NY, FL, and RI. Void where prohibited by law. The following individuals are NOT eligible to enter: 

  • Employees, officers, and directors of Kifaru International, LLC 

  • Immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of ineligible individuals 

  • Any person involved in the production, administration, fulfillment, or judging of this sweepstakes 

  • Residents of NY, FL, and RI. 

By entering, participants represent and warrant that they meet all eligibility requirements. 

3. PROMOTION PERIOD 

The sweepstakes begins on July 2nd, 2026 at 1:00 PM Mountain Time and ends on August 13, 2026 at 11:59 PM Mountain Time (the "Promotion Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for this promotion. 

4. HOW TO ENTER 

Method 1 — Purchase Entry (No Purchase Necessary to Win — See Method 2) 

During the Promotion Period, eligible participants who make a qualifying purchase on Kifaru.net will receive one (1) sweepstakes entry for each whole U.S. dollar ($1.00) spent in a single transaction (excluding taxes, shipping, and handling). For example, a $150.00 purchase earns 150 entries. Purchases over $1,000 USD are awarded an additional 1000 entries. 

  • Purchases must be completed through Kifaru.net during the Promotion Period. 

  • Entries are credited to the email address provided at checkout. 

  • Returns, cancellations, or chargebacks will result in forfeiture of associated entries. 

Method 2 — Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) 

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. To enter without a purchase, eligible participants may submit a free entry as follows: 

  • Mail a 3.5" x 6" card in blue ink, hand print your full legal name, hunter education number with issuing state and issuing state agency phone number for verification purposes, complete home address including zip code, home telephone number with area code, email address (if available), and the Prize Title to: Kifaru Intl, 511 E Sunset Dr, Riverton, WY 82501, Attn: Free Entry Elk Tag Sweepstakes. 

  • Limit: one (1) free entry per person per day via AMOE, regardless of method. 

  • Mechanically reproduced entries are void. Entries from third parties or entry services are void. 

  • Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, incomplete, illegible, late, mutilated, or misdirected entries. 

  • Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant who Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Sweepstakes, and to cancel the Sweepstakes. 

  • All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

5. PRIZE DESCRIPTION 

Grand Prize — One (1) Winner 

The Grand Prize consists of two components: 

Component A — Utah Elk, San Juan Elk Ridge - Hunters Choice Permit: 

This prize has an approximate retail value (ARV) of $564.00 for Residents & $2,655.00 USD for Non-Residents of Utah. Travel, lodging, meals, licenses, and any other costs not explicitly described above are NOT included and are the sole responsibility of the winner. 

Component B — Kifaru Product Package: 

Kifaru.net gift card with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $2,000.00 USD. Specific items are at Sponsor's discretion and are subject to availability. No substitutions will be made by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. 

Total ARV of Prize: Either approximately $2,564.00 or approximately $4,655.00 USD. 

The prize is awarded "as is." Sponsor makes no warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, regarding the prize. Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash equivalent will be awarded. 

6. ODDS OF WINNING 

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.  

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION 

On or about August 14, 2026, one (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or a designated representative. The winner will be contacted via the email address provided at entry within [3] business days of the drawing. 

If the selected winner: (a) cannot be reached within [5] days of first contact attempt; (b) declines the prize; (c) fails to return required documents by the stated deadline; or (d) is found to be ineligible — an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor's discretion. 

8. WINNER VERIFICATION 

The potential winner must execute and return, within [7] days of notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where permitted by law) a Publicity Release. Failure to comply within the required timeframe may result in disqualification and an alternate winner being selected. 

Winner may be required to provide proof of identity and age. Acceptance of the prize constitutes winner's permission for Sponsor to use winner's name, likeness, photograph, and statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. 

9. TAXES 

Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, fees, or other costs, including, without limitation, any travel or transportation costs, associated with the receipt and use of any Prize. 

 10. PRIVACY 

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy available at www.Kifaru.net/privacy. By entering, participants consent to Sponsor's use of their personal information for administration of this sweepstakes and for promotional purposes consistent with the Privacy Policy.  

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS 

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend this sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor will select winners from all eligible entries received before the cancellation, modification, or suspension. 

Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing, offering, or announcement of any prize or in these Official Rules. 

Entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred; and (c) no punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages may be awarded. 

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Kifaru International, LLC, and each of its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this sweepstakes or any prize won. 

13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES 

This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fremont County, Wyoming. If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. 

14. PUBLICITY 

Except where prohibited, participation in this sweepstakes constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name and likeness for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation. 

15. STATE-SPECIFIC NOTICES 

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Sponsor makes no representations that this sweepstakes is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United States. Void in NY, FL, and RI.
