Product details

Functional, versatile and durable are just a few words that describe the Fulcrum, but here at Kifaru we just like to call it a kick ass Extended Mission Pack! The base design for the Fulcrum is very simple; deliver a pack with the ability to expand to 7,800+ ci, but also transform into a sleek and functional daypack when needed. We were able to accomplish this by adding a full length center zipper to the main bag, and also add 900 ci wings to each side. The options of the Fulcrum allow for quick access, mass expansion and/or compression and the versatility that is rivaled by no other large pack on the market today.

    Carrys more than you want

Only ruck I have used to carry 100+lbs of meat/gear and wasn't hurting physically the whole time. I enjoy having a bag like this where I can add external stash spots and the main pocket gives plenty of room for pullout or organizers.

    Great Alice Evolution

Bought this pack because it reminded me of the Alice/garbage can style pack. The option to empty the middle and turn the sides into a daypack was another great factor. Rucked this thing on a Duplex Lite twice now (only had it 2 weeks). I have to say this is one of the most comfortable packs I’ve ever used. All of the weight is on the hips. The straps keep the pack tight to the back to prevent being pulled off balance while limiting the amount of weight on the shoulders. The pack itself has generous space, and the side pockets are perfect for carrying my tent poles and stakes, a small machete, small cook kit, first aid, poncho, rain pants, 1500ml Nalgene, Grayl Geopress, and small do-dads/lights. The central pocket is massive and holds my tent, sleep system, extra clothes, hygiene kit, with ample room for food and more water if needed. Even with the extras, there would still be space left over. This would be “the pack” if the Marine Corps did things smarter not harder.
